  • If there were any way that I could give a negative star rating for this store I would. My boss and I were at the mall one day and decided to stop in and check out the animals. Once we were inside the store looked great, they do have lots of accessories and treats but the quality of the dogs was not what I had expected. We looked at all the puppies and while we were there was a woman behind cleaning the glass inside the cages. She did not remove the dogs from the area before spraying harmfull chemicals all over the glass and im sure their coats. She then proceeded to shut them in with the fumes. There were two pitbull puppies in one of the kennels, a male and a female. The male looked great but the female was so skinny that her skin was just drooping all over her, she barely had the strength to pick herself up. The customers and I were shocked. There was definitely something wrong with this poor puppy. I thought well maybe they just got them in and she was being treated. So I took note to ask on our way out. There was also a Mastiff breed there. He was so cute and playful but his tail was deformed in 3 different places. When I went up to the front to ask about the pitbull puppies and the mastiff the counter person was very unapproachable and rude. I asked how long they had those pitbull puppies and he said "a couple of weeks", I then told him that there was something wrong with the female she was weak and skinny. He told me "No thats just how she is" I am not an idiot I know a sick dog when I see one. I told him that he should have her checked out and he said "there is nothing wrong with her, is there something else I can help you with?" I also asked about the mastiff's tail. I said that there was no way a person could show or breed that dog. He said "We don't guarantee that you can show or breed our animals." Really? I would never risk purchasing a pet from here!
