When it first opened it was awesome. But the quality of produce and service has slowly deteriorated. We used to be able to request short ribs to be cut Korean bbq style (cross cut) and the guys would be happy to oblige. But lately the response has been the saw is not set up for it, even though we're there on a Saturday afternoon. You would think that they would have the saw set up for a weekend day, when people are doing most of their shopping and errands. Disappointed that they haven't been able to uphold good customer service. We were willing to pay a little more than Copps for the quality produce and service.
