  • Horrible company, you should avoid using them. My home warranty company sent them out to fix my AC unit. It took over 24 hours to for them to call and set up my appointment, took another 48 hours before arrival. I thought they fixed the problem but then I had to call them to come back out. The unit was running sooooo loud that my neighbors called to complain. They came and fixed it but then fast forward a week....not working again. Its going to take them 72 hours to come back out which I think it totally unacceptable. We have a toddler and 2 small dogs and have to waste more money on a hotel. Save yourself the hassle and use a different company!! The only good part about this company is that the technicians are friendly.
