  • worst company to deal with, they wont care about your satisfaction or anything. i had set up my automatic withdraw from my account and they made a mistake, not withdrawing the money, and still they charged me the late fees, they wont even care what i had to say, the person was so rude on the phone and didn't care about it, we have a 2nd loan with Quicken Loan , i do not recommend to do any business with On Q Financial. we just about finishing a major construction on the property and it soon as this over we will absolutely refinancing with different mortgage company. i will always have a bad things to say about this company.
