This place is located in a deserted shopping center. I hear this area used to be the place but people have started to move out so it's all on its lonesome now. There are a handful of tables down a long row. The place is decorated pretty nicely with colors that remind me of other ramen shops.
Tan Tan Men: Not exactly what I expected when the bowl came because I am used to the Chinese version. I expected it to be thicker and with less soup/sauce but the noodles never slurped up the soup that I had expected. The taste was not as strong as I would have liked either. The peanut flavor is pretty light. The ground meat was sweeter than expected but at least it was hot and decent meal.
Small Curry Chicken Rice: Ordered this as a supplement to all of our ramen soups. The curry flavor was not extremely spice-y. It was also pretty light in terms of curry flavor. Little pieces of chicken within the curry and also included were pickled radishes. I actually enjoyed this more than my tan tan men but overall it was around a 3.5 star level.
Ramen is pretty big in Vegas and there are tons are other places I have found on Yelp. This place is decent but it was a let down. It was like a healthier version of ramen I had wanted since the flavor of everything was not strong. Service was decent but you gotta WOW with your food and this place wasn't WOW-ing me.
