My recent visit to customer service has a nightmare. The lady was not very helpful and after many times I said I wanted to exchange diapers she returned them and it messed up the whole transaction. After going back and forth she's like oh well if I would have done it this way (referring to herself messing up the transaction) then it would have worked out just fine. No apology no nothing. She wasn't nice at all despite messing up my transaction! *i wanted to exchange diapers for a different size but because I bought them on a promotion deal the transaction needed to be completed a certain way which the lady messed up. She even was trying to say they were different products because they had a different amount in the boxes- lady- know your product- diapers come that way!
