  • Nice quite neighborhood. Easy access to the highway. Last reasonable priced apartments in the area. Older apartments with soooo much charm. Great walking neighborhood. Love the diversity in the folks. You get everything from artists to bankers and everything in-between. Dog friendly. Best apartment community living I've had. Highly recommend. *Update* I moved away in 2016 after being there about 3 years I think. When I move back to Charlotte, I'll surely go here first. The office staff were always good to me and my kid.
