  • Drove 30 min to them in Gilbert, in order to test drive one specific car. Arrived at 10:28am for a 10:30am appointment made the previous week. After waiting until 10:39am for sales guy to show, thought I'd go look for the car myself. As soon as I walked outside, I saw the car I was there for leaving on a test drive with someone else. Sales staff by door suggested that: "I wait for them to get back". Ha! What a bad joke this place is... I'll refrain from repeating the outright lies I overheard a female 'sales manager' tell a nice father/son while waiting. Never driving there again. I suggest y'all avoid this place at all costs.
