  • Really had a great experience buying a car from Bill Luke Tempe. Mike Castellano was the Sales Specialist that got the experience moving forward after I got out of my car. Mike ask what type car I was trying to find and I stated I had been looking at a Lexus that was listed on the internet and Mike took me directly to the vehicle that was on the show room floor. Mike wasted no time in giving me the entire history of the vehicle and informed me several ways I could purchase the vehicle. I was quite impressed by the professionalism that Mike presented himself and the vast knowledge Mike displayed about car buying. Mike was not a pressure salesman just trying to make a sale but a person trying to give me all the information so that I could make my own decision if the vehicle was right for me. No pressure in trying to buy something goes a long way in making that final decision which was a positive for Bill Luke Tempe. I did purchase the vehicle and it solely had to do with all the information / history Mike presented about the vehicle. Jim & Tam Glendale, AZ
