  • Don't make a decision to rent an apartment until you have met the manager here. I have never met a property manager so rude, disrespectful, and rotten to the core before. The apartment is horrible, you are living with COCKROACHES!!! This is something you can see when they show you the fraudulent "model room." The COCKROACHES normally can be found in the kitchen area. We found a dirty and fusty mop in the sink of the kitchen sink, also rotten food in the dish washer, and cigarettes under the cabinets. The window door on the patio left a large gap and cannot be fully closed. You are worried about people breaking in any minute you live here. Neighbors are loud and you can hear sound of footsteps from upper floor. I have upload some photos we took when we just move in!!
