  • First off if I could give them a zero star I would. This has to be the worse and most un professional company I have ever had out to repair anything on my home. After waiting for three days for them to get my garage opener they come out at 7:00am. The guy does not call and just shows up which I was ok with. I open my garage and he looks and said its not fully cleaned out. I had three bikes and a rolling bbq grill that needed to be pulled out. I told him I will move them out now. He said he didn't have time to wait? Literally one minute later they were cleared out. I walked to the truck and advised him it is clear and ready for him to start work. He rolled up window as he was on the phone. Next thing I know he drove off running over the curve and grass and screeching tires. I called my home warranty and they contacted cactus garage on three way. Cactus stated that they will not subject their installers to that kind of environment and refused to come back out stating that I attacked the installer?? I was completely confused and irritated by this claim as we barely spoke at all. Not to mention that I was the one that should have profiled him as he looked shady and reeked of marijuana with prison break style tattoos. Warranty company was also baffled and is removing them from their list of service providers. Don't waste your time with this company and they also do installs for Lowes so request another installation company.
