| - DO NOT BUY FROM BOHO!!!!! I HATE THAT I HAVE TO EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR!!! I honestly don't even know where to begin with this place. I ordered a TV stand from them, paid them in full, with a scheduled delivery of 3 days later. On delivery day, nothing came so the next day, I called and asked what happened. He told me that the glass top broke and they had to order another one and it would be just a couple more days. Well a couple days pass and I call back to find out that they didn't have anymore in stock and had to wait a week until more arrived. A week passes, no call from them so once again, I call. He tells me that the stand is being shipped from overseas and will be in next week. Its about 3 weeks at this point. Again, a week passes and still no update. I call and he says he will check on it and call me back, a day passes and I receive no call. I called him for 3 days straight to get no answer. On the 4th day I call and he finally answers and says it arrived to the USA but is sitting in customs and will be here in a few days. As you can probably guess, a few days pass and no call from them. I call, he says he will check on it and call me back....no call back. This went on for a good 2 weeks of him never calling me back when he said he would. Couple weeks go by of him giving me excuses and fake arrival dates to keep me from canceling my order (i truly believe he knew the whole time that it would take this long but didn't want to lose a customer and figured if i had waited this long, i would keep waiting a "few more days"). So finally, he tells me it is out of customs and on its way to Las Vegas, yayyy he says it'll be here in 2 days. Butttt 2 days pass and no TV stand, I call and he again will call me back....but no call back. I call the next day and he says it'll be here in a week and a half on Friday, I say no I want a full refund. He says okay let me call you back. Well this time, a girl calls me and tells me that it will be here wednesday. So I say okay fine but I'm not waiting another day, she promises it will be here. Well Wednesday comes around and no call or tv stand, I call her and ask whats the status on it, she says she will call right back...but of course, no call back. I get a text that night at about 11pm saying it will be here tomorrow (thursday). Okay fine. Well thursdays here and its about 6pm, but no call or tv stand. I try to call her, no answer, I text her, no answer. I get a text that night saying something happened to the truck and it will be here tomorrow (Friday, which is the original date the guy said it would be here) so basically they knew the whole time it wouldn't be here until Friday but kept me around lying to me saying it would be here sooner. Well Friday comes, I text her in the morning asking when it will be here, i get a text a few hours later saying it will be here after 6pm, okay fine....9pm comes and its finally on its way, I go down to meet their delivery guys and they're driving a 1990 pickup truck painted about 5 different colors and 22" chrome rimes. Not to mention their "drivers" looked like they were 18 years old wearing sandals. Well 3 months later, I receive my TV Stand. So basically this place sucks, the worst buying experience of my life and I advise everyone to buy elsewhere. Customer service was absolutely horrible and completely unprofessional. DO NOT BUY FROM BOHO!!!!
