  • Don't get me wrong, Middleton Jewelers is straight up great in its own right, but after what I went through in the weeks leading up to finding them??? These folks turned out to be absolute angels sent from above. I had visited two other major jewelers on Wisconsin's west side to fix a broken prong on my wedding ring. It wasn't the tallest order, yet I encountered spectacular price gouging, nonexistent customer service, and stunning sexism. The moment I called Middleton Jewelers, I knew I found the right place. I felt heard! I felt valued! They charged me a fair price and did absolutely beautiful work. Not only did they fix my ring - they made it better than the original. They identified the parts at risk (which really were problematic), talked me through the fix *beforehand,* and maintained the delicate aesthetic of my ring that I love so much. I truly couldn't be happier. I've recommended them to everyone and will continue to do so. Locally-owned, community based - there is a real sense of pride here that was totally absent from the other places. Also, Manny is a gem (get it?) and I love that I get to see him when we run into each other at the Willy Street Coop.
