  • Worst, Worst bank ever. The tellers were sitting for over 15 min. with a customer gabbing about girl stuff while I stood 5' away waiting for a teller. When I addressed how upset I was with the Branch Manager he had little to no customer service skills at all and made it sound like that was SOP for Bank of America tellers. Last time I ever visit a B of A.
