  • We spent $4491 for rugs. Mo the sales person told us they stand behind their product. One of the rugs we ordered did not fit. Mo told us we would have no problem bringing it back for refund. The rug was never used. We took the rug back 2 weeks ago. $505 was supposed to be refunded. Now they want a 25% re-stocking fee. We have another rug that we paid $3000 for that is hand woven pure wool. Every time we vacuum we get about 1 gal of wool out in the Vacuum. Mo told us they would stand behind their product. It appears they stand behind their product until it goes out the door. Then it is not their problem.
