This was the 2nd hotel for my recent conference in Toronto. I visited all the bars/restaurants while in town and their conference rooms, as well as collapsing in my friend's room for a few minutes.
The hotel is gorgeous. Seriously beautiful...the flower arrangements are just wow. The meeting rooms were fine. The first small one was a bit drab but the 2nd large ballroom was great with amazing high ceilings. The various bars and restaurants are good to great. Even the vintage (looking at least) elevators were quick.
The staff I dealt with (including hotel security thanks to someone who tried to crash an event) was really lovely and clearly have pride of place working in such a beautiful environment.
My friend's room was a good size although the bathroom was small but that's to be expected in an older hotel. She said the beds were really comfortable so points for that.
