I have eaten at various breakfast establishments in Las Vegas for the past 25 years. That is until I ate at Norms. Now I only eat breakfast at one. The food is amazing. The prices more than fair. I typically order the tomato basil egg white omelet. It is served with brown rice and a fruit cup that has fruit cut fresh daily. The lemon ricotta pancakes although not good for the diet, taste terrific. The creamy ricotta oozes out of every bite. The sweetness, cut by the hint of lemon. The banana pancakes are not pancakes with bananas on top. The bananas are cooked right in the batter creating an unmatched sweetness. The nuts give it a bit of a crunch. The batter is light but tasty. All the luncheon specials are home made and delicious. The meatloaf uses ground turkey and beef. The pot roast is tasty, not fatty. He features ever changing specials which are written on a board. All of the specials are fine. Norms has home cooked meals, a very friendly staff that is quick to fill the coffee and more than reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
