  • We worked with Brian North and Kris McLaughin on both a home purchase and the sale of our home. They were excellent on both transactions. We worked with a difficult seller and Brian did a great job of keeping the deal on track in a reasonable manner and saw it through to a successful closing. The sale of our home required some effort, and they delivered on what we needed. A member of their team volunteered to host open houses and attend showings every weekend until we identified the right buyer. We were able to get to the price we wanted faster than expected. The team knows the market, is tech savvy, attentive to timelines, and manages the real estate process efficiently and effectively. They were a very valuable advisor. I would definitely use this team again.
