  • I called to make an appointment as a new patient and they were very unprofessional. I was put on hold 3 separate times, transferred to two different reps, and then I was told that I can't make an appointment because I need to go to either urgent care or the ER. I was calling in for a cough and was told to go to the ER. Interesting. Don't waste your time with this office.
