I am relieved by the existence of Korean groceries market near by my house. Meanwhile I also admit that there is lack of diversity. Korean food tastes differently depending on the types of tofus, mushrooms and concentration of soy sauce , etc. For instance, josun soy sauce is good to be used for soup or nabe and yangjo soy sauce is for boiled beef something like that. This subtle distinction can be leaded to big difference. So...... I just hope I could have a wider selection of each ingredient.
