I took my Regal in for what should have been a 10 second fix - the front Buick badging fell off and all they had to do was literally pop a new one on. Was the first appointment of the day for my service advisor at 7 am. After waiting over 2 hours and watching everyone who had arrived after me leave with their fixed cars, I inquired how much longer and was told they hadn't even started working on it and that handle cars as they come in. When I reminded him I was the first customer of the day he didn't offer anything more than a shoulder shrug. I took my badgeless car and left. Worst car service experience I've ever had and yet they have their sales people hustling for new sales from the captive customers in the service waiting room. Customer Service is a huge part of my car purchase choice. I won't buy another Buick after this.
