I was grateful that the service advisor said I could come in late on a Friday afternoon. However, I saved close to $600 taking my car to be serviced somewhere else. Heads up, because I was not told there would be a diagnostic fee of $105 until I went to pick up the estimate, cost to repair, and it was listed on the estimate! I picked the car up the next morning after thinking about the estimate I received and pointed out they should tell people about the diagnostic fee, I was given a 50% discount on the fee. I shouldn't have had to pay any diagnostic fee, as it was never stated prior to looking at my car. I was grateful for the discounted fee I was never told about to begin with. It would be great to be refunded that part of the fee I paid. I would really like to speak with the owner if they would be interested in more details than I have shared here.
Update: I spoke with the VP of Greulich and he mailed me a check to reimburse the remainder of the diagnostic fee that I had been charged. Thank you. I am grateful for the reversal of the diagnostic fee. I was contacted by the service advisor and was asked if I would consider removing my review. I may at some time in the future, however, as of today I have removed names of the people who assisted me. I wish them well.
