  • ***Update*** Talked Rex the owner and he made everything okay. Took care of the chip repair and the price to fix it, had his manager reach out as well. Had to stop by the shop and they showed me around and apologize profusely. Where the initial contact wasn't great the follow-up contact was more than worth an upgrade in the review. I would now recommend this shop and will continue doing business with them as well. I called Safe pro to schedule a chip repair for a windshield for a customer of mine. Called on Tuesday and asked for Thursday morning between 7 and 9. The sales person had to get permission to narrow the window of arrival for me which he did and was approved by a supervisor. Fast forward to Thursday morning. I'm waiting with the car from 7 to 9 and at 9 I call to see where to tech is. I talk to someone there and he says he's calling the tech to see where he's at and puts me on hold.. for almost 5 minutes. He gets back on the line and says that the weather was holding up the tech (who's coming from priest and university to where I'm at which is Warner and the 101). I express my discontent with the situation and he asks if I'd like a manager to call me back which I agree to. 20 minutes later I call again and the guy on the phone says he will call the tech. At this point it's 930 and still no tech. I tell this guy on the phone I'm very unhappy. He apologizes and says that no one told the tech he had an early appointment. He asks me to hold and while I'm on hold the manager calls so I flash over to talk to him. He tells me that his tech is running late and will be there in 30 minutes or so. I tell him that this is holding up my entire day and I have appointments that he's making me late to. He responds he's sorry and hes sending a different tech to me. Fast forward to 1015/1020 the tech arrives and does the repair which takes all of 10 minutes by Saul. I told him I was upset so not to mind if I'm pacing while he's working and he apologizes and tells me no one called him to tell him he had an early appointment... I don't even know what to say at this point. To top it all off he tells me the price and calls to make sure he's supposed t collect from me at all. I heard his boss on the phone say yes full price. Not even so much as a discount. Just a bunch of apologies for my time. All in all my experience with this company was awful. It made me late to my later appointments and resulted in the canceling of one which cost me money. I would not bother with this company if you are looking for windshield repair. Call another company.
