  • Our tech was Ashley. She was very professional and very thorough. Since you often see a different tech each time, I like to not say anything until they are done and see if they read their notes about my problem areas, since when we signed on we were told everyone that comes gets notes on their phone about what you need, problems etc. I watched and she did everything. Often times the tech will not do our spider webs in the eves, she not only did it, but did the side of the horse, which no one ever has nor would I expect them to. She is a definite asset to this company.
