The first question anyone should ask these people is, "If you're equipment is so good, why do you need to pay almost $100/month to make sure it's working?" The sales man never told me that the service contract was for five years so I'm currently paying for service for equipment I don't have anymore because there stuff never did what I wanted and as very difficult to use. There corporate office doesn't care that I was not told this, all they care about is my signature on a piece of paper. Horrible customer service too. They didn't even install the system up to code. My GC had to fix it. When you have a five year contract don't be surprised when customer service isn't very good.
