  • We won't be back. This was by far the worst service we have received in a long time. We went for a late lunch, arriving at 1:50, nobody even brought water to the table until 2:05, and we had to ask for it. The server that took our drink order initially refused to do it because "it wasn't his table." Well, he took our drink order, someone else took our food order, a third person brought our food, had to flag down the hostess for a water refill, and then they "had to get our softshell crab roll on the fly" because "the kitchen messed up." Um no. The waiter(s) messed up. Don't blame the chef for not putting the order in. Honestly, we have given Ra a few chances over the years to redeem themselves, but when two people spend $60 for lunch we expect much better service. The food was fine. Ra, for just "fine" food, this really isn't worth it.
