| - What started as an exciting opportunity to drive a super car on a track turned into a crappy customer service experience. The desk staff and manager we courteous, but it took 30 seconds to have the experience soured by a curmudgeon instructor. Some poor instructions as to where briefing was e.g. "the yellow room" which is adjacent to a "yellow room" led to being 3 mins late, despite being 15 mins early. None of the staff in "yellow room" directed me, asked me, instructor never poked his head out, nothing. When I found the correct "yellow room" the instructor looked at his watch, sighed, then asked me what I was doing there. I said I am here for briefing, he said he already started and had covered too much in the 3 mins that had passed and said I should have been on time and I can come back for the next session. Note: there was one couple in the room being briefed and the instructor was discussing turn 1. I was cool with the waiting, I was cool with mistaken location, I was not cool with his attitude. Thanks for the experience, I'll pass it along.
