  • I went to the custom frame department to have a photo framed. The employee did everything she could to steer me away from ordering a custom frame. Suggested a stock frame on the wall, told me the mat I had picked out wasn't good, told me it was going to take 2 weeks like she thought that would send me walking. In the end, I did walk, mostly because she so clearly didn't want to help me.
