  • this is the first review ive ever written but found it necessary because grigio metro is so terrible.....where to start... 1)they do not use of electronic keys that they use at grigo (that i was told they would be using) 2)that the gym would be done 2 weeks prior to moving in opened almost three months later 3) that the gym would be the same size as grigio its literally the size of a small bedroom 4)they told me the lightrail would be free to students( its 40 a semster for asu students) 5)all appliances were supposed to be new (i guess thats true yet four of my cabinets have fallen off... and its taken them 3 months to fix my dish washer that never worked) 6)the pool would be a lagun style pool.... the fact of the matter is the pool sucks the sun sets at 2pm so the pool is never in the sun and is cheaply furnished from ikea (imagine a seedy motel pool with a few lime green chairs around. 7)ive tried to pay my rent online like they request yet it never goes through and they try to charge me late charges???(sorry if it says payment accepted and gives me a conformation # one would think that the payment was accepted. 8)they told me that there would be a congeries .....yea that took 3 months also and they do nothing for you. 9)if you dont pay an extra 100 a month for a pool view you are stuck with a beautiful view of the mobile home park 10)construction workers park where residence live making the place a nightmare to ever get in or out i have literally almost been hit by these people everyday !!!! 11)i was giving a notice that i had to move out within 5 days if i did not get proper renters insurance when the whole time I had proven them with the insurance yet it just sat in stephaines inbox (Stephanie please stop blowing it and please wear a different outfit other than black pants with a white shirt n black vest we all know your not doing laundry everynight.) 12)the secure covered parking garage where residences are supposed to park the gate has not worked from day 1 so it just stays open all the time (awesome i feel really safe) 13) CONSTRUCTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its going on all the time they test fire alarms at 8am when we first moved in they wouldnt even tell us when they were going off....also they are still building this place it wont even be close of being finished until late 2k10 and they start using power tools and cranes and whatever else at 530am-6am living here everyday now i wakeup to the beautiful sound of cranes backing up (BEEP BEEEP BEEEEEEEEP) and bansaws every AM (i am writing this at 6am listening to this noise its so loud i feel like im in a war zone) i literally could write a novel that would trump war and peace of the complaints that i have with this place PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i pay over 1000 a month to live in this nightmare i would give this place 0 stars if i could ive never been so upset with a living situation PLEASE BE WARNED and not stay here its not worth the money or hassle with such unprofessional people ....
