rev:text	This so called child care facility is filthy and GHETTO. Apparently they let the staff work there while obtaining there clearance and certification licenses, once they don't they are terminated, so the staff changes every two weeks. NEWS FLASH DON'T HIRE THEM UNTIL they are FULLY CERTIFIED!!! THEY EVEN HAVE A DEAF GIRL WORKING THERE (no offense) but how would you expect the children to speak properly when there is someone in the infant room with a speech impairment! I knew it was time to move my children once they got so desperate for employees they started hiring men , seemed like random men off the street!! at one point there were 3 men in the facility working unsupervised!!!! The so called director Ms. Tice is as ghetto as they come. she's not a morning person , and who need that!!!! Instead of a smile or a simple hello she would just walk past or around the parents. i stayed on top of her professionalism. the music they play for the children are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I HERD ONE GIRL PLAYING SOME HIP-HOP SONGS OFF HER PHONE ON PANDORA , IF YOU HAVE PANDORA AT LEAST ADD CHILDREN PLAYLIST TO YOUR STATION SELECTION (not GOD BLESSING ALL THE TRAP niGG..) Of course i told the director , but nothing changed , the next day they were listening to some Luther vandrose , that pissed me off , why not ABC's or 123 songs!!!!! i can go on and on , but my point is this child care SUCKS , THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE SUCKS , AND IF YOU DON'T WONT YOUR KIDS TO SUCK AT LIFE DON'T BRING THEM TO NANA'S PLACE!!!!!
