  • I usually come to this Walmart because I like how small it is but after my experience tonight, won't likely comeback because of how rude the service was from a lady name Joyce. I had one item to return before I do some shopping. She was finishing up with a customer at customer service. The time was 9:20. She told me customer service was closed...ok. I asked for the time of customer service she said 8-8 when the sticker on the counter clearly said 8-10pm. I ignored rude attitude and went on my way. I did my shopping and went to wait in line 20 minutes later and she was helping another customer out at the desk? Excuse me? Why she turn me away, I don't know. Maybe because I was young and Asian or maybe because I wasn't rude enough? Either way, you do not need someone who acts that way working for you, Walmart. My blood is boiling.
