  • It seemed to start out decent, easy to start things up, set up a website, pick locations. Then they started switching agents on us. A lot... 5 times. 5 Different agents. Some had "quit", most there was no reason. It was ridiculous. Lots was lost, an incredible amount of information was not given to us, that was until they started wanted more and more money for more and more unseen extras that you think would be part of there "packages". There packages are garbage. To be blunt. The endless amount of extras start piling on and then you start wondering 'why was i not told this at the beginning?' I signed up over a year in advance, lots of time to save up, had we known. We also received many different complaints from our various wedding guest trying to deal with this company. Unanswered emails, lack of information, un-updated info, asking for more money because one of the previous agents had made an error! There customer service and PR are a joke, and I would highly advise anyone against them. They were an utter nightmare
