  • I had a three year old Alienware X51 that would reboot anytime I ran a graphics intensive program, like a game or a video file. I dropped it off at the end of the day on a Thursday. They kept me updated throughout the process, cleaned out the inside of the computer, cleaned off the offending malware, and I had my computer back before the weekend. Very reasonably priced, highly professional, and VERY highly recommended! Five stars!
