  • I was forced to write a positive review in front of the lady for a $2 off coupon (I sure as heck wasn't paying $2 more for what was done to my poor hair), but here's the truth. I can't tell you enough how pissed off I am. I have a ponytail and all I asked for was to neaten up the back and around the ears. What I got was she used a straight edge blade and chopped me all up in the back and left tons of tiny hairs everywhere. She didn't even clip the tip of the ponytail evenly. What the hell was this lady drinking?!?!?! I will NEVER let this place or any places like it touch my hair anymore. I told her I had an important job interview for a management position and it needed to look great. It wasn't hard! My girlfriend did a better job helping me cover up the shitty job they did.
