  • Had my daughter's first eye exam today at the office inside of Lenscrafters, the exam went very quickly and smoothly. Dr. Chiu walked us out for someone to assist us in getting her glasses. The representative we got was very nice and explained what our insurance covers along with any additional options we can choose for glasses protection. Lenscrafters always had the 1-hour service for glasses which I love! But she told us that we might be able to pick it up even sooner since there were no other orders ahead of us. We walked around the plaza for a bit and went back, and the glasses were ready. The fitting was great, she made sure my daughter was comfortable with how the glasses felt on her nose bridge and behind her ear.
