  • I was not sure about all the 5 ratings, but after using them, I understand why they get a 5 as a 6 is not an option. The quote was great, honored and no challenge. Their movers were personable and very careful with not only the piano, but other furniture. The folks on the phone made the process easy to go through and had no challenges answering questions. If there was anything "wrong", it is that they were 4 minutes late from the time they said that they would be there. Don't we all wish that was the way every other company was
