  • I have been shopping here since shortly after they initially opened. The staff are so incredibly friendly, especially Sam, she goes the extra mile every single time I come there!!! if something is wrong they fix it, while most vape shops honestly act like they could care less if you are a continuous repeat customer or not, Xtreme Vapor is SO not like that!!! this is THE shop that actually cares about the customers and customer service that they have. Steve (the owner) has ALWAYS made things right, i had a bad battery and he replaced it for me.....Sam has helped me out several times with my vape issues. One of the cleanest vape shops out there that I have been to, they have a nice environment, and they help find the right product for your needs, never feel rushed or like a bother...other vape shops could and should take lessons about their customer service from these guys!!!
