  • I've called Action Plumbing in the past and have never had a problem with them. However, the last time they were here to install a new water heater, they plastered their stickers on my water softener, furnace and circuit box. They've NEVER serviced any of those items. I called and complained and they seemed to dutifully note my concern, but I then heard from my furnace guy that Action Plumbing has done that in other homes he's been in. It's "what they do." It's vandalism to plaster stickers on other people's property that you've never even serviced. I won't be calling them again. Let your work speak for itself, Action Plumbing. The overkill with the stickers shows a blatant disregard for your customers' property.
