  • I so wanted to rate this a great course because it's a fun course and I would with the exception of one of the course rangers, George. A couple of my girlfriends and I were having fun on the second green when he came up and asked us if we had played golf before. We assured him that we had but that we hadn't played in a few months and would need to get the hang of it again. He then confronted us again at the Hole 4 tee box and told us we should go play their "cub course" and he would refund our money bc we were holding people up. There was NO ONE behind us!!! I couldn't help but feel that if we weren't women, these words would have never been spoken to us. Plenty of men were shanking shots left and right and taking their nice sweet time, but George singled us out. I can say I will never return again return to Bear Creek to play again. It's a shame bc I plan on playing every couple of weeks from now on but I refuse to play a course were I will be harassed by a sexist. If you're a woman, skip this course and spend your money elsewhere!!
