  • I used to have a lot of issues with quality of service here, and actually left to go elsewhere, then I was in a bind one day and needed a wax, even if it was going to be bad (I was pretty desperate). So I went back and was pleasantly surprised by all of the changes! The completely new management, Techs, & desk staff (as opposed to last year) are by far the best I've ever encountered at ANY European Wax Center! Also better than any other waxing places in the Phoenix area not run by this company! I go in every two weeks for various services, they always ask me who I want to see, but honestly ALL of the new Techs that I've seen have been outstanding. I have also literally saved HUNDREDS of dollars with their awesome package deals! There is a new special every month, and unlike a lot of businesses these days, they actually want you to know about them because the new ladies genuinely care about saving you money and keeping each guest informed. It is very hard to find good customer service, but these ladies do it with ease.
