  • We're brand new to the Vegas area & searched high & low for a decent apartment complex in a safe neighborhood. Moving in here sigh unseen, besides pics on the website & the help of google, was nerve wracking, but everything has been great so far here at Allanza. The complex is kept up nicely, the area feels safe, neighbors are quiet & the staff in the leasing office have been helpful & kind. I see people walking their dogs in the evening & people say hi to one another, so everyone seems happy here. We have a few maintenance issues, but nothing detrimental & I'm confident that they'll be taken care of. Our unit & the area is perfect for what we were looking for + the move in special that they offered was great for relocating on a budget! My favorite part of the unit is the super nice BIG garden tub ++ the full size washer & dryer is awesome!
