  • Went to Jackson to use my prepaid wash & wax package however there was a conflict with what I was promised from the employee who sold it to me .. he was not truthful . ( he no longer works there). Michael Mendoza brought it to his supervisors attention Adam who honored the original deal. I was asked to return the next day and Michael assured me he would personally oversee the job from start to finish.! He communicated to Daniel on the detailing team who did an outstanding job,, my car has never looked better..!! Thanks guys job well done. Signed, Happy Customer.
