  • We live in California and have to come to AZ every other week for my husbands cancer treatment. We went to this store and bought a camera and took it home to CA before opening it. We got home opened it and there was a cord missing and the film over the screen was missing. It looked like someone returned the camera and it was put back on the shelf. Well, we went to Walmart today and wanted to return it and get our money back, which was a lot. No one could help us only a manager could approve the return. Well we waited for TIM to come and approve the return for about a half hour and NO TIM showed up. We had to leave to go to my husbands appointment at the hospital. After my husbands appointment we went back to Walmart to talk to TIM. Again no one knew where TIM was we had to wait again for quit a while. Finally TIM showed up and looked over everything and finally approved the return. TIM did not apologize for the wait or anything. He was actually rude to us. Becky who helped with the return and apologized how this whole situation took place. She deserves the MANAGER job more that TIM. Its a shame that a MANAGER of a store such as Walmart was no where to be found. We will not be shopping there any more..........
