  • Bacchanal has to be my favorite of all the so-called modern Vegas buffets. I prefer it over Wicked Spoon and the Wynn's Sunday champagne brunch. Everything from the eggs benny to their version of fried chicken & waffles served in a clever waffle cone with waffle fries was tasty. I really liked that. The roasted potatoes were tasty. So was the hand carved ham and kielbasa. The butcher cutting them had a great attitude. He livened up the brunch crowd with his humor and enthusiasm for sure. The bite sized churros I really dug and the slices of bacon were perfect... That was just my first plate. My 2nd plate all seafood everything. Yumm. I had snow crab, king crab legs, stone crab claws and shrimp. All that with lemon and cocktail sauce and I was golden. So good. So fresh and tasty... My next plate was all dessert. That's all I had room for. I couldnt fit any of their great looking sushi, any of the many soups, countless fruit and salad options. It was so much food. I never even made it to the pasta & pizza section. Unreal. So many great choices... My dessert plate was packed with macarons, almond cookies, double chocolate cookies, green tea cookies, pecan tarts and the classic chocolate chip cookie. They were all pretty good for the most part. I had a bite of someone's flan. It was good. The strawberry shortcake was also real good. Service was excellent. We opted for the champagne brunch for our party of 8. You have an option for peach bellinis too. And pretty much any fruit puree/nectar of your choosing. I highly recommend the Bacchanal buffet. I'm really not much for buffets unless it is for a special occasion and theyre spread is perfect for such events. So much to choose from that you wouldnt believe it. You have to experience it for yourself. 5 stars. easy.
