  • I am responding to the quick response of the owner of sonalia hair salon. I appreciate that you are dedicated to making sure that your salon is run well and you appreciate your customers. I originally came in for an overdue haircut. i didn't even know i had a bad hair cut that needed to be fixed until it was bought to my attention. When i enter an establishment,especially in an area as chagrin, beachwood, a level of higher professionalism, knowledge is anticipated or to some expected. When i came in the door, i find the other stylist chopping on an apple at the front desk. And as much as small talk is great getting to know someone. Talking about your marital status, experience with going out with customers, etc... seemed a little personal and quite uncomfortable..I felt like i was at a singles bar. The communication/options as you stated was accurate. This is the perception i felt.
