  • I Stopped in with my eldest son who has had his eye on a Formula 1 since he graduated college. I am a Watch hound and seems my son has inherited my good tastes in watches. So we were browsing for a watch when I asked if they had a steel bracelet to replace my rubber band on my CARRERA CALIBRE, which the most XLNT SALES ASSOCIATE ANNIE SAID SHE COULD EASILY INSTALL! I ran home and picked up my Carrera Calibre which is just about new, I had worn it about 5 times and had Miss Tsung install and size the new bracelet. Short story is now my Son who works on Wall Street has an appropriate Watch, an excellent tool for his job. Definitely a win win for everyone. I own 4 Tags now 3 with my gift to my son and the watch's are as close to perfect as you can get! The customer service I get every time I walk into your door is unparalleled! Miss Tsung is a wealth of knowledge, presents herself very well and is able to talk on a technical level which is a pleasant surprise. I have TAGS THAT ARE 30 years old, sunglasses that are 10 years old and one thing you can be sure of is longevity and customer service when you buy from Tag HEUER!
