  • My husband and I had an absolute horror story of car buys previous to this! Alexander Zimmerman was our salesman and he was absolutely amazing! He was able to answer all of our mechanical questions as well as answer all questions regarding the upcoming model as well. Due to his knowledge we bought a 2018 instead of a 2017 Forrester! We love it and couldn't be happier. He was also honest, not pushy, and, was kind. Also, Charles and Dusty and Tina were all amazing. Charles was able to get the vehicle brought in on time and Dusty made financing a breeze and Tina was right there with all of the knowledge and kindness that anyone would need to know, on the portion of the computeristic side. We also, stopped back in after purchase with questions and they each had time to answer all questions and didn't act like the deal is over and you can go now. The people at this dealership from sales to management to finance to showing you the vehicle and giving you knowledge of how everything works, were all absolutely amazing. I recommend them anytime I am approached about my vehicle, and, will and do recommend them to all of my family and friends. This is our first Subaru and as long as this store is there and the people they employ are there it will not be our last. First time in a super long time I can say "I enjoyed my car buying experience!" Great job Alex (if you even see this), and, to Charles, Dusty, and, Tina "We appreciate you!"
