  • I was using their mail services for some time and liked the fact that their prices were affordable for small businesses. After a couple of visits and phone conversations with their Kierland location, I realized how unprofessional, rude and untrained their receptionists are. On one occasion I called because a client of mine had arrived early and was waiting in the lobby. When I called the receptionist to let her know I was on my way she informed me that there was an issue with my payment and the space hadn't been paid for yet in front of my clients. I said ok and I told her I could give my cc information over the phone and then she informed me that they don't accept payment over the phone and that they would need to send me an invoice to pay. A major inconvenience. On another occasion the receptionist went out of her way to try to tell me off over an error they made with over charging me for a room rental. The way she talked to me was something you would see between two people on the streets and not from someone who is suppose to be an office professional. Overall, the experiences with Plaza Executive Suites has been a major disappointment and would recommend small businesses to utilize other virtual office options for starting their business.
