| - Ashley Gibson ran my application last week and told me that my application was denied by the screening company because I still owed rental debt. I submitted proof to Ashley as well as the screening company that the rental debt was paid and Ashley provided me the number to contact them and told me where to dispute the fee, the screening company zeroed out my balance, and Ashley told me that my application was still denied. When I spoke with her today 3/1, she told me it was because I was evicted from an address and that she verified with the screening company this information and that she was on the phone with them for 45 minutes. I have a copy of the screening report that was ran and nowhere on it does it say that I was evicted from this address. I asked for the district manager to call me, I don't know if her name was Vicki or Nicki, and she called me and told me that she had court proof of an eviction from October 2016 at this address and that she was looking right at it. I told her this was incorrect, and she argued repeatedly with me telling me that I was wrong and continued raising her voice after I asked her to be professional and to contact the screening company again. She hung up on me. I went online and looked at my records from 2016 and printed a copy of a court record from 2016 showing the case was dismissed. I called Vicki back and asked her to verify the case number, I read her the case number and she said that was it. I asked where she wanted me to submit the proof that it was dismissed and I was never evicted and she continued raising her voice and saying that I was evicted and that I'm wrong. I told her that she was denying my application for no reason and that I would like my application money back and she said she didn't have to and that I can send the proof that the eviction was dismissed to Ashley, which I did. I asked Vicki who owned CVG Properties, the company that she works for who owns Gentry's Walk, she said a man in California and that he won't call me, then she screamed at me that I'm being unprofessional too and that she would not be abused by me or anyone else and hung up on me. Bottom line, I did everything that I needed to do to show that every reason they were denying me for was incorrect, and I do not feel that it is acceptable to mistreat any potential resident. I will not be renting from this property. Beware.
