We have dealt with Manuel before and he had been very fair however our last experience in November of 2011 left us with a bad opinion of this shop. My husband had to supervise as they were getting basic things wrong like putting the tire white walls facing in not out, guessing on the weights for balancing cause he didn't have the proper weights, and tires were bolted on in a clockwise manner instead of star pattern for.
The worst was when the technician who had no drivers license smashed the quarter panel on our one ton work truck when pulling it in the shop.
Manuel had soon after lost his wife to a car accident and although I have been patient out of respect he is not being good about settling up for the damages and has now told me I have to resort to legal avenues to resolve the matter.
Not only did I not have the work done properly but now I have to repair my work truck and deal with lost wages in the process. I am giving this shop 1star because nothing about my service or repair was good and my truck dog tracked and tires wore unevenly due to improper balancing and white walls facing in still as he could not accommodate us unless he charged more for the work they messed up in the first place.
